Rain and snow and clouds and wind, that's Springtime here on the tundra. Damn, I was afraid that the lake was going to refreeze. I have the furnace on and the little electric heater running full bore under my desk. I think that the crocus are retreating back underground. We need our Spring.
I have a ton of projects to complete for the May sale. I have been sanding a few pieces (until the rain washed out that activity) and I have a pile items that need to be shellacked. But it just doesn't work well at 39*.
This is going to be a big month for sales. I have outside garden stuff and inside furniture stuff, even some real antique stuff. I have metal to cut (with a torch probably) wood to cut (not with a torch for sure) and lots of junk to paint. Its going to be great.
Now all I need is for the weather to cooperate.

How do you heat? The only reason that I'm glad that winter is over is because of our heating bills. We heat with LPG and I missed getting in on the early pricing. I cried.
But soon the A/C will be running wide open...sigh.
Happy Easter.
I heat with propane too. I have hot water in floor heating through out the house. No ducts. I do not have A/C but it is only needed a couple of nights at the most in the summer.
I think I have your spring here...
;-D robelyn
Well, we HAD your spring here.....until yesterday! It was hot and muggy yesterday morning, and 48 degrees by 10:00 last night! Yikes!!
It's cold and rainy out there today. Perfect weather for the crock-pot full of stew that I have cooking!
Have a good week and try to stay warm...
