Coffee Table or Yard Decoration?

I bought this wood and steel chippy paint cart last Thursday. It is sitting next to my garage for the winter. I am still trying to decide, should it be yard decoration or a coffee table. I will cut off the handles if I go with the coffee table concept.

What do you think? Coffee or to the Yard?

Here's my mentality. Are you keeping it? If so, go with your gut. If you are going to sell it, clean it, wax it, and sell it. Someone else can make that decision and do the work of cutting off the handles. Ha! It is a wonderful piece! ~Mindy

Oh my, that is a tough decision. Either choice would be wonderful. Since I'm a gardener, I think I would go with yard decor, BUT it would last much longer as an indoor piece. Is there anyway to remove the handles temporarily, to try it inside? If it didn't suit, you could reassemle it and use it in the Garden. BTW, Mr. Flannery, you might want to check out my Steampunk Halloween costume, on my latest post... http://trinketsvintagetreasures.blogspot.com/

i say.... coffee table. and add an extra level (so there's a little shelf in between) with that cigar sign in the photos...

I can see it filled with potted flowers ... punkin's....a Christmas display. I vote for yard decoration.

and I agree if you're selling it leave it as is and let the buyer make the decision. That's a great piece.

Shine it up and make it a coffee table.
That's what I'd do if I didn't have Mr R always poo pooing my ideas.
Can't wait to see.

I gotta go with yard/porch on this one. Looks a little too low for a coffee table. Great piece!!

I see it sitting on a patio or deck...with flower pots or whatever. Water seal for weather proofing?
